  • Security and abuse prevention: the IP address is used temporarily by a general request rate-limiting mechanism.
  • Statistics: page visit counts. Only aggregate counters are stored; the user's IP address is not stored persistently. Details: prawkostart.pl/page-popularity/.

  • ensuring the security of the website and preventing abuse — the controller's legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
  • analysing aggregate content popularity and improving the website — the controller's legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,

4. Retention

  • an IP address used by the general request rate-limiting mechanism remains in server memory for up to 15 minutes and is not written to disk,
  • an IP address used to prevent repeated counting of the same visit remains only in memory for up to 1 hour,
  • aggregate visit counters may be retained indefinitely because they contain no user identifiers,

5. Cookies and local storage

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

6. Forms that work in your browser

Some tools on this website, such as letter templates with a form to fill in, work only in your browser. What you type into such forms (e.g. your name, address or identification numbers) is not sent to the server, does not reach the controller or the statistics, and is not stored in cookies or in your browser’s local storage. It disappears when you reload or close the page, or clear the form. Copied text, printouts and saved PDF files stay with you only.

7. Your rights

To the extent provided by the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests can be sent to kusartur@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

8. Automated decision-making

Personal data is not used for profiling or for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
